Ensuring project alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Engagement & Analysis:
Stakeholder engagement, business analysis, and driving solution adoption.
Documentation:
Comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Technical Knowledge
Experience or familiarity in any of the following ServiceNow modules/tools: Modules:
ITSM, CSM, HRSD, IRM
Platform Tools:
App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub
Preferred Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ( CSA )
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS-ITSM
or
CIS-HRSD )
Certified Scrum Master ( CSM )
