My client's office is responsible for a range ofadministrative services at the heart of a vibrant academic community,supporting students, faculty and alumni. It plays a strategic role in academicgovernance, curriculum management, policy implementation and contingencyplanning, in addition to its traditional role as custodian of students'records. The office is also the secretariat to the Board and its sub-committees. The successfulcandidate will join the Digital Transformation and Innovation team within the office to drive digital transformation and innovation initiatives. JobResponsibilities ProcessDocumentation:
Assist inworking with stakeholders to map out current manual workflows and identifyareas for improvement. AutomationDocumentation : Assist indocumenting automation solutions (e.g. scripts or Power Automate flows),including basic descriptions of what the automation does, key steps involved,and any known limitations, to support knowledge sharing and handover SystemTesting:
Create UAT testscenarios and serve as the primary tester to identify technical bugs andproviding feedback on functionality and user experience. DataManagement:
Perform datacleansing and preparation standardizing formats, removing duplicates, andorganizing datasets for system migration. Reporting& Dashboards:
Assist indeveloping and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance metrics formanagement reporting. DataValidation:
Conductcross-system checks to ensure high accuracy and consistency in processeddatasets. JobRequirements A recognized degreeor diploma in any discipline. We value logical reasoning and a strongdigital-first mindset. Strong proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (e.g. XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formula) ability towork confidently with structured and unstructured data Familiarity with orstrong interest in automation tools such as VBA, Python, or Microsoft PowerPlatform is highly preferred Experience inhigher education will be an advantage, particularly in roles involving data,operations, or process improvement. Experience in datavisualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau will be a plus.
