Spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction. Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Ensuring daily operations run smoothly and as efficiently as possible Controlling company costs and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses. Monitoring invoices, money handling procedures, accounting and bank processes. Preparing timely and accurate financial performance reports. Must have extensive experience in managing accounts (Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and Instagram) on self-media platforms. Familiarity with platform rules and algorithms is essential. Ability to develop effective self-media strategies for clients in these industries. Strong team management and leadership abilities. Demonstrated experience in leading teams to work efficiently and achieve goals. Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and partners. Strong data analysis and interpretation skills. Ability to provide optimization recommendations and improvement measures based on data insights. Understanding local market trends and characteristics and providing strategic advice for the company's expansion. Proven ability to build teams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) from scratch. Capable of assembling an efficient self-media operations team. Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with our China HQ team.
