Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional support Manage end-to-end order processing, including quotations, order confirmation, and delivery coordination Proactively follow up on project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and sales teams to meet customer requirements Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions aligned with company capabilities Handle and resolve customer feedback or issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, orders, and project updates Support continuous improvement by highlighting customer feedback and operational gaps Assist in
ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements 1-3 years of customer service / admin experience (manufacturing or engineering preferred) Good communication and coordination skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Proficient in MS Office
