Resident Technical Officer, Kallang

Job Description & Requirements To assist in carrying out regular supervision of structural, Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical installation works in respect of projects/s under your charge. Ensure that all structural, Architectural, and Mechanical & Electrical installation work at the site is carried out in accordance with approved plans, building-by-law, and contract specifications. To assist the Architects/Engineers to supervise the contractors and coordinate with consultants to ensure work on site is done to achieve the objectives of quality and timeliness. To ensure proper implementation of instructions and plans emanating from Architects/Engineers. To submit site reports on project performance and progress on a weekly basis. Maintain consistency in the inspection. Highlight potential impact on quality defects. At least 3 years in the supervision of Building projects in Singapore, preferably in Architectural trade. Diploma in Building or Architectural Good interpersonal skills Ensure that building contractors embrace good construction practices to achieve good workmanship Competent to carry out inspection and supervision of architectural and M&E works
