M20 - Product Manager, Kallang

Overview
Responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and secure web applications. The role requires expertise in frontend and backend development, cloud technologies, DevOps automation, and application security. Key Responsibilities
Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement) Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement. Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding. Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress. Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes. Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals. Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product. Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes. Engage with and support users to drive product adoption Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum
4 years of experience
in product management, digital product delivery, or related roles Proven experience managing
end-to-end product lifecycle
from problem definition to launch and continuous improvement Strong ability to
engage stakeholders and users
to define problem statements and product requirements Experience in
product strategy development , including hypothesis formulation, prioritisation, and outcome-driven planning Demonstrated ability to
develop business cases
and secure stakeholder buy-in or funding Experience defining and tracking
product success metrics (KPIs)
and using data to drive decisions Strong experience in
roadmap planning and execution , ensuring timely delivery of product initiatives Proven ability to work closely with
cross-functional teams
(engineering, design, QA) to deliver products Strong analytical skills with experience in
data-driven decision making and product iteration Experience driving
user adoption, engagement, and change management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working in
Agile environments
and managing competing priorities GIS / Spatial Skills
Familiarity with ArcGIS Server, PostGIS Experience managing geospatial data products and roadmaps Ability to translate user needs into GIS/data requirements
