Job Responsibilities: - Be responsible foranalysis, design, development, implementation and post-live support of an AndroidMobile application. - Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code - Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, andreliable Java code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsivenessof the application - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Deploy changes &releases into Production For Project's Mobile App development, we needdevelopers with the following technical skillsets: - Android Development using React Native - Node.js - JavaScript - TypeScript (Good to have) - Kotlin - Java - Spring Boot - AngularJS - Angular (Good to have) - IBM MQ Messaging (Good to have) - SQL, Store Procedures Qualifications/Requirements: Poly or Bachelor degree preferably in Computer Science or Engineering equivalent work experience will be considered. - 3-5years of work experience - Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, andhow to deal with different screen sizes - Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning - Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, suchas 'touch' - Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications toback-end services - Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and bestpractices - Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the librariesavailable for common tasks - Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as Biometrics(Facial Recognition / Fingerprint / Iris) is a plus - Familiarity with agile based development methodologies - Ability to understand business requirements and translate them intotechnical requirements - Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications - A knack for benchmarking and optimization - Understanding of Google's Android design principles and interfaceguidelines - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN /Git - Familiarity with continuous integration - Must have good written and oral communications skills and a strongteam player with a flexibility to adjust to changing situations. - Must have strong process disciplines, a quality focus withexcellent interpersonal skills.
