Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking rooms and arranging refreshments, to ensure smooth event execution Draft, format, and print business documents to support communication and operational needs Create meeting agendas and accurately record meeting notes to facilitate follow-up actions Engage with customers to understand their requirements and prepare tailored quotations for their consideration Manage confidential information securely to protect company and customer data Prioritize and organize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and support business objectives Communicate clearly and provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships Maintain accurate records to support business operations and reporting Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently Present professionally at events, including welcoming guests and representing the company
