WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT, Kampong Ubi

Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inspection Receive incoming goods, check quantities and condition against delivery orders/invoices. Report discrepancies or damages to the line manager. Storage & Inventory Control Store goods in designated locations in a safe and orderly manner. Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records. Order Processing Pick, pack, and label goods according to order requirements. Prepare items for delivery/collection in a timely manner. Dispatch & Delivery Support Assist in loading/unloading goods from delivery vehicles. Liaise with logistics partners when required. Housekeeping & Safety Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the warehouse. Follow workplace safety procedures and report hazards immediately. General Support Assist other Shop duties as assigned by the line manager. Requirements Minimum O-Level / High School equivalent education or relevant experience. Prior warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred. Physically fit and able to lift/move goods up to 20 kg. Basic computer skills. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately. Core Competencies Attention to detail and accuracy. Good time management skills. Commitment to safety and quality standards.
