PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To provide beverage and light refreshment services to staff, guests, and meeting rooms, while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of pantry areas in support of a professional, welcoming office environment. Main Responsibilities and Duties: A. Beverage and Refreshment Services Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors throughout the day. Ensure meeting rooms are set up with beverages, cups, water, and light snacks when required. Provide prompt service during scheduled breaks and meetings. B. Pantry and Cleanliness Management Maintain cleanliness of pantry, kitchen appliances, and pantry storage areas. Wash used cups, mugs, and utensils promptly. Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cups, napkins, etc.) are well stocked and replenished regularly. Dispose of pantry and kitchen waste in a hygienic and environmentally responsible manner. C. Support to Office Operations Assist in simple errands such as delivering internal documents or messages, if needed. Report any damaged equipment or low stock levels to the Building Supervisor. Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times. Key Requirements: Prior experience as a tea lady, pantry assistant, or similar role preferred. Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and pantry hygiene. Physically fit and able to carry trays, water jugs, and supplies. Punctual, polite, and customer-service oriented. Able to understand simple instructions in (insert working language, e.g., English).
