EA to General Manager (Automotive), Paya Lebar

Job Summary Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the General Manager (GM) within an automotive business. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and coordination across departments such as sales, service, and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage GM's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Handle confidential documents and sensitive information Act as the primary point of contact between GM and internal/external stakeholders Coordinate meetings with departments (sales, aftersales, finance, operations) Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) Assist with administrative and any other tasks assigned by the GM Requirements Education & Experience Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 2-5 years of experience as a secretary or executive assistant (automotive industry preferred) Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented and proactive Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, dealership, or mobility industry Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Ability to handle fast-paced, dynamic environments Valid Class 3 driving license Reporting Line Reports directly to the General Manager
