Responsibilities Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless freight forwarding operations Prepare detailed freight quotations for air, sea, and land shipments based on specific customer requirements Collaborate with operations, pricing, and overseas agents to obtain accurate rates and service information for quotations Follow up promptly on quotations, customer inquiries, and sales leads to support business development Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and rate agreements to ensure data accuracy Manage customer correspondence related to quotations, documentation, and service inquiries to enhance customer experience Support the onboarding process for new customers to facilitate smooth integration Execute additional ad hoc duties as assigned to support team objectives Work independently and apply creative problem-solving to meet operational needs
