Student Welfare Officer - Marine Parade Area

Work Location - Marine Parade Area Working Hours - Mon to Fri, 7.15am - 2.45pm Monthly Salary - up to $20/h School Environment, 5 months contract Job Scope: Provide first-line support to students. Conduct one-on-one support and build positive, trusting relationships with students. Use restorative practices, active listening, and de-escalation strategies to manage situations effectively. Maintain confidential records of incidents, interventions, and student progress. Respond to student crises, conflicts, and behavioural incidents promptly and professionally. Support student well-being programmes. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required. Requirements: Diploma in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related fields. Relevant experience in education, youth work, counselling support, or social services preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict management skills.
