Job Summary Provide essential support to the Quantity Surveying (QS) team by managing data entry, document filing, purchase order assistance, and preparing progress claims to ensure smooth project operations. Responsibilities Enter data accurately and maintain organized document filing and record management systems to support QS team operations Assist in verifying budgets, validating prices, coordinating procurement, and certifying payments during the purchase order process Prepare monthly progress claims for clients and main contractors to facilitate timely project payments Support responses to interim payments for sub-contractors and vendors to ensure accurate financial tracking Visit the worksite once per week to gather necessary information and support project activities Perform additional ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors to meet team needs Required competencies and certifications Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, to manage data and financial documents effectively Strong numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial and project records Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively within the team and with stakeholders Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level qualification
