Head of Consumer Services (Digital Lending, Consumer loans), Kampong Ubi

Take full ownership of P&L performance, including revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization. Develop and implement growth strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and cross-selling opportunities, including new loan products, strategic partnerships, and embedded finance solutions. Optimize acquisition funnels and drive data-driven experimentation to enhance platform performance. Oversee credit models, underwriting frameworks, and overall risk appetite management. Partner closely with risk teams to achieve a balanced approach between business growth and portfolio quality. Strengthen and enhance recovery processes to maximize portfolio returns. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team. Collaborate with product and technology teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end digital lending experience. Oversee loan operations, including disbursement, servicing, and collections strategies. Promote compliance and responsible lending practices within regulated environments. Requirements: With at least 5 to 8 years of experience in consumer lending, fintech, or financial service Proven P&L ownership and business leadership experience Strong understanding of digital lending / consumer loans Experience in a regulated environment (Singapore preferred) Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making skills Track record of scaling loan portfolios or fintech products
