Job Summary Manage project tendering, contract administration, and coordination to ensure timely and accurate project delivery while liaising effectively with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and site staff. Responsibilities Prepare detailed tender submissions, quotations, and negotiate terms to secure project contracts Estimate project costs accurately to support budgeting and financial planning Coordinate project activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion Prepare and submit progress claims to track project financial status Administer contracts by monitoring compliance, managing changes, and resolving issues Finalize project accounts by reconciling costs and ensuring accurate financial closure Organize and supervise subcontractors and site staff to maintain productivity and quality standards Procure materials and arrange equipment to meet project requirements and schedules Communicate and collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to align project objectives Visit project sites as needed to oversee progress and address operational needs Perform additional duties assigned by senior managers to support project success
