Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager and Project Engineers in coordinating day-to-day site activities. Prepare and submit shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and related project documents. Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to schedule and specifications. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for project requirements. Track material orders, deliveries, and site usage to ensure smooth project operations. Assist in preparation of progress claims, variation orders (VO), and project reports. Maintain proper project documentation and filing of drawings, reports, and correspondence. Support the project team in resolving site coordination issues. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements. Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or electrical projects. Basic understanding of electrical systems and building services. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and project documents. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (BIM knowledge is an advantage). Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
