Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday: 10am - 7pm Rest Days: Monday and Tuesday Location: Tai Seng Key Responsibilities:
1. In-Center Class Activities: Assist in planning and executing student activities, preparing and distributing small gifts and managing the coin exchange process. Organize exchange items for easy retrieval and assist students and parents in claiming rewards update the system with inventory changes. 2. Class Preparation Support: Print necessary teaching materials, prepare textbooks for the new semester, and guide children to their classrooms. Supervise children before and after classes, assist with restroom visits, and coordinate with teachers on activity support.
3. Parent Liaison and Diagnostic Arrangement: Share course information with parents, have them fill out interest forms, and recommend suitable courses. Assist in monitoring entrance exams, distribute free activity books, and follow up on inquiries via WeChat and business WhatsApp.
4. Course Adjustment and Class Transfer Operations: Assist with batch enrollments, trial class arrangements, and shipping textbooks to students. Order additional books when inventory is low and update the inventory list.
5. Emergency Response in the Classroom: Handle emergencies involving unwell students, inform parents, and regularly monitor the student's condition. Troubleshoot issues with classroom smart displays and WiFi.
6. Supply and Inventory Management: Ensure marker ink and other stationery are replenished in classrooms. Organize and inventory stationery and teaching materials, and ensure supplies of drinking water and printer toner.
7. Mall Management Communication: Stay updated with mall management information, participate in fire evacuation drills, and respond to power outages. Ensure the safety of students and teachers during mall maintenance activities and oversee electric meter readings.
8. Any other ad-hoc duties required by the Management
Requirement: Experience in educational or administrative roles is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
