Description
Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of programmes, activities, and events.
Develop and monitor project timelines to ensure initiatives are implemented according to schedule.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including maintaining records, databases, and filing systems.
Support procurement processes, including preparing documentation, processing purchase requests, and liaising with vendors.
Assist with financial administration such as tracking expenditures, processing invoices and claims, and supporting the preparation of financial reports.
Provide secretariat support for Board meetings, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and presentation materials, and recording meeting minutes.
Liaise with Constituency Offices, partners, and stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation.
Perform other duties assigned to support the Foundation's objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Interest in youth and community engagement.
Willing to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Experience: Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, community engagement, or event management will have an advantage. Salary:
$3000-4000/Month Location:
Near Eunos Duration:
1 Year Working Hours: Monday to Friday (not including Public Holidays): 8.30am to 6pm (1 hour lunch break) Project Officer is expected to work one weekend every month (Off in lieu will be given) EA License No.: 96C4864 Reg No.: R26159658 BRANN LEONG CHUN HOE
