Job Summary Handle customer service requests across multiple channels, coordinate technician and contractor scheduling, maintain accurate CRM and Excel records, and manage third-party contractor claims efficiently. Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer service requests via phone, WhatsApp, and email to resolve inquiries and issues. Schedule and dispatch technicians and contractors for site visits to ensure timely service delivery. Update CRM and Excel databases accurately with completed service details to maintain reliable records. Manage and process third-party contractor claims to facilitate smooth operations and payments. Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in a call centre or customer support role to effectively handle customer interactions. Proficiency in digital tools, computer systems, and CRM applications to support operational tasks. Strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills to de-escalate tense calls and maintain customer satisfaction. Minimum of a GCE O-Level certificate.
