Warehouse Keeper, Kampong Ubi

Core Responsibilities
Receiving goods Check incoming shipments against delivery documents, inspect for damage, and record quantities. Storage & organization Arrange items in designated locations so they're easy to find and access. This often includes labeling and following a storage system (e.g., FIFO - first in, first out). Inventory control Keep track of stock levels, update inventory systems, and perform regular stock counts to avoid shortages or overstocking. Picking & packing Retrieve items based on orders, pack them properly, and prepare them for dispatch. Dispatching goods Coordinate outgoing shipments, ensure correct documentation, and liaise with delivery personnel. Maintaining records Use software or manual logs to track inventory movement, deliveries, and returns. Warehouse upkeep Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of goods (especially fragile or hazardous items). Skills & Requirements
Basic computer skills (inventory systems, Excel) Attention to detail Physical stamina (lifting, standing, moving goods) Organization and time management Basic understanding of safety procedures
Working Hours Flexibility 6.30am to 3.30pm 8.30am to 5.30pm 9.00am to 6.00pm
