Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budget estimates, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for infrastructure projects. Manage on-site project/construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Ensure all project activities comply with environmental regulations and industry standards Monitor project expenditures and manage project budgets to avoid cost overruns. Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety. Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship and materials. Strong knowledge in Construction Productivity in Productivity Enhancement More job-related scope will be brief during Interview. Requirements: Knowledge in Architecture Engineering or related field Specialist Diploma in Construction Productivity (SDCP) certificate and Basic Concept in Construction Productivity Enhancement (BCCPE) certificate required. At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industries Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
