Deputy General Manager, Kampong Ubi

Financial and Budget Management Assist in financial planning, cost control, and budget management for construction projects. Business Development and Client Relations Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, government agencies, and industry partners. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company's market presence. Participate in contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. 5. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure that all projects comply with local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards. Team Leadership and Development Lead and mentor project managers and department heads to enhance overall team performance. Reporting and Communication Prepare and present reports on project progress, financial performance, and operational challenges to the General Manager and stakeholders.
