SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN (M&E), Kampong Ubi

Plan and schedule construction activities using Microsoft Project to ensure timely project delivery. Design and supervise mechanical and electrical (M&E) work on-site prior to construction commencement. Prepare M&E coordination plans and submit M&E drawings for approval. Implement, plan, and monitor construction work progress to meet project milestones. Coordinate and supervise M&E services and review construction shop drawings (CSD). Review and approve method statements for all M&E works to ensure compliance and safety. Prepare risk assessments for various M&E tasks to mitigate potential hazards. Evaluate subcontractor quotations for M&E items and select appropriate subcontractors for project execution. Prepare as-built drawings and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals for M&E services. Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders and attend daily site meetings. Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager as required.
