Assist in full spectrum of HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement . Maintain and update Info-Tech, ensuring accurate employee records and data integrity . Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge . Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to improve organisational effectiveness Job Requirements: . Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum 2 years of experience in HR roles . Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and TAFEP guidelines .
