We are hiring a Business Manager (GOV)! Join us under our affiliated company, Challenger Direct+, where you'll be part of a close-knit team that strives for progress and excellence. In this role, you'll manage vendor partnerships, government procurement, and corporate deliveries while supporting growth with government entities.
Working days: Monday - Friday Working hours: 9AM - 6.30PM
Job Description: Manage partnership with multiple external vendors. Onboarding government procurement system as a registered vendor. Handling government tenders and procurements. Onboarding more government entities. Respond Zendesk tickets and email for government enquiries. Liaise with vendors, retail operations and logistics to fulfill deliveries to corporate/GOV customers. Administrative responsibilities Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Prior experience in government procurement, tenders, or B2G sales preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of government e-procurement systems (e.g., GeBIZ) is a strong advantage. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
