Responsibility Oversee product lifecycle during the commercialization phase and contribute to the overall product roadmap. Develop product forecasts and track financial performance to ensure business objectives are met. Executemarket introduction plans and manage product performance at the individual product level. Establish and refine operative pricing guidelines, including defining Volume Purchase Agreement (VPA) pricing structures and limits. Support Product Marketing initiatives by contributing to product strategy development and Bluebook preparation. Requirement Minimum degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar Minimum 5 years of relevant professional working experience. Experience in cables or sealants application is considered an advantage. Proven successes and experience in leading complex pricing negotiations with lead or focus customers Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively.
