Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining product quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOP) Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality output Perform basic troubleshooting and report any equipment issues to the supervisor Conduct routine checks and maintain cleanliness of work area Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times Assist in packing, labeling, and inspection of finished goods Complete production records and documentation accurately Requirements: Minimum secondary school education or equivalent Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks Basic understanding of safety and quality standards Good teamwork and communication skills
