ACMV Project Manager, Kampong Ubi

Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC/ACMV projects from planning to completion, including installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance.
Oversee HVAC systems such as
Chillers,
AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF
systems, ventilation systems, and piping works.
Lead and supervise engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs and troubleshoot system issues.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on project and service matters.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
Monitor project progress, manpower, costs, and operational performance.
Support tendering, budgeting, and technical proposal preparation when required.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and project schedules to ensure proper execution and coordination.
Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC/ACMV experience, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance practices.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with project management, safety regulations, and service operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
