Job Summary
We are a local renovation SME looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to handle site surveys, prepare design drawings, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Key Responsibilities
Conduct site measurements, take photos, and understand client requirements Prepare 2D layouts and 3D design drawings Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for costing and budgeting Present designs to clients and make revisions based on feedback Coordinate with contractors to ensure work follows approved designs Liaise with clients on changes and resolve issues Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion Prepare as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&M) Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in a team Requirements
Diploma in a relevant field Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and SketchUp Good communication and presentation skills (bilingual preferred) Basic knowledge of costing and budgeting Preferred Skills
Knowledge of construction, carpentry, and M&E works Understanding of site coordination processes Basic graphic design skills
