Techzu is looking for a
confident and creative Social Media Executive
who can
plan, create, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms . This role combines
content creation, video hosting, and social media management . You will be responsible for producing content that is not only visually appealing but also
engaging and aligned with marketing goals . You must be comfortable
speaking on camera
and able to communicate clearly in
professional English . What You Will Be Doing
1. Social Media Management Plan and manage content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Schedule and publish posts consistently Monitor engagement and performance metrics Ensure brand consistency across all content 2. Content Creation Create
short-form and long-form video content Design
graphics and social media visuals Write engaging captions, hooks, and scripts Adapt content for different platforms and formats 3. Video Hosting Act as a
video host for company and client content Present educational, promotional, or product-related content Speak clearly and confidently on camera Participate in content shoots (including occasional weekend shoots with off-in-lieu) 4. Creative Collaboration Work closely with the marketing team on campaign ideas Participate in brainstorming sessions Contribute ideas for improving content performance and engagement 5. Execution & Delivery Ensure content is delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives Follow structured workflows and content schedules Continuously improve based on feedback and performance data Requirements
Experience 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation Experience creating content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Core Skills Excellent English (spoken and written) Confident and comfortable
speaking on camera Strong content creation ability (video + graphics) Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) Personality & Work Style Creative but structured and disciplined Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn and improve continuously Preferred Experience
Experience working in a
