Job Summary Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring safety, security, and project completion. Lead staff management, conduct inspections, handle emergencies, and maintain customer communication to drive operational excellence. Responsibilities Plan and review structural drawings and project schedules to ensure timely and accurate execution Oversee daily facility operations, enforcing site safety and security policies and procedures Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems, equipment, fire alarm control panels, and emergency devices Respond to emergencies following established procedures and prepare detailed accident reports Supervise, evaluate, and motivate staff by conducting performance reviews and maintaining accurate attendance and timesheet records Interview, onboard, and train new employees to ensure workforce readiness and compliance Set clear project goals, schedule tasks, and track progress to ensure projects are completed on time Communicate effectively with customers regarding products and services to maintain strong client relationships Apply analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve operational issues promptly Demonstrate leadership by managing a large and diverse workforce with professionalism and confidence under pressure Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior experience in managerial or supervisory roles Ability to read and comprehend technical documents Excellent written and spoken communication skills Proven leadership skills with diverse teams Strong project management abilities Professional demeanor and attitude
