Job Description & Requirements Requirements Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management , or related field 10-15 years of experience
in technical or IT project management Strong hands-on experience with
Agile / Scrum methodologies
PMP or Agile certification preferred Proven experience managing
R&D, platform, or digital product projects Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills Experience working with
cross-border or international teams
is highly advantageous Technical & Professional Skills Project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Meego, Aeolus, or similar) Agile delivery frameworks and iterative development models Risk management, dependency tracking, and resource coordination Data-driven project tracking and reporting SOP creation, process standardisation, and continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification Experience in
Internet, E-commerce, Telecom, or Digital Transformation
projects Exposure to large-scale, cross-domain, or multi-million-dollar programmes
