QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER, Kampong Ubi

Job Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts Monitor project costs and ensure budget control Prepare, revise, and update technical and shop drawings (AutoCAD) Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams Maintain proper project documentation and records Support project execution and ensure compliance with requirements Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Relevant working experience in construction industry preferred Good communication and coordination skills Able to work independently and meet deadlines
