Job Summary Manage accounts receivable functions and bank-related activities to maintain accurate financial records and support financial planning. Collaborate with departments to ensure timely billing and payments while assisting system implementation for operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable tasks including petty cash handling, bank reconciliation, and verifying expense claims to maintain accurate financial records Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely billing of sales invoices and follow up on payments to optimize cash flow Monitor and update daily bank balances to provide accurate and current financial status Serve as the primary contact for bank-related inquiries and transactions to ensure smooth banking operations Prepare and maintain cash flow projections to support financial planning and informed decision-making Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and maintain proper accounting documentation Assist in the implementation of new financial systems to facilitate a smooth transition and improve operational efficiency Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the finance team Required competencies and certifications LCCI/ACCA certification or Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting Proficient use of accounting software and Microsoft Excel for financial data management Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
