Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales Specialist to drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts. Responsible for building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting products/services to meet those needs. Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM tools. Technical & Business Skills: Proficiency in CRM software Experience with sales analytics tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office Learn and adapt to new sales technologies and tools Work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and qualify and target markets through research, networking, and cold calling Generate new leads using various sources such as databases, social media, and industry events and maintain until logical closure Customize emails for industry relevance and fix technical meetings with BANT-qualified leads Address customer inquiries, handle objections, and offer tailored solutions CRM Management: Manage the leads pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities and activities in the CRM Prioritize leads to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) targets Maintain and enrich the database regularly Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other members of the sales team as well as marketing, product and customer support teams to align strategies and achieve common goals Share insights, feedback and best practices with colleagues to contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes WHAT'S ON OFFER You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
