Job Summary An interior fit-out company specializing in premium acoustic products seeks a Quantity Surveyor with 1-2 years of building industry experience to manage costing and project details independently. Product training will be provided. Responsibilities Analyze and manage project costs to ensure budget adherence and cost efficiency Review and verify detailed project measurements and specifications for accuracy Independently prepare and submit cost estimates and quotations for interior fit-out projects Collaborate with project teams to monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities Apply product knowledge gained through training to support accurate costing and procurement decisions Maintain detailed records of project costs and communicate updates to stakeholders Manage time effectively to meet deadlines within a standard 9:00am to 6:00pm, 5-day work week Preferred competencies and qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the building or construction industry Ability to work independently with attention to detail Sensitivity to costing and budget management Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge through training Other Information Working hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
