Event Executive Do you enjoy planning exciting events, working with creative partners, and bringing communities together We are looking for an energetic and creative Event Executive to curate, coordinate, and execute events and activations at our venues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both planning and hands-on execution, with a passion for creating memorable experiences that drive footfall and engagement. As part of our expansion plans, you will play a key role in transforming our F&B into a vibrant lifestyle and community destination. Key Responsibilities . Plan, curate, and execute a calendar of events, promotions, and community activities throughout the year. . Source and liaise with performers, vendors, exhibitors, schools, community groups, sponsors, and event partners. . Develop creative concepts and activation ideas to increase footfall and enhance visitor experience. . Coordinate all event logistics, including permits, equipment, manpower, setup, and teardown. . Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts. . Work closely with tenants to create collaborative promotions and centre-wide campaigns. . Coordinate marketing efforts with internal and external stakeholders, including social media content and promotional materials. . Ensure events are executed smoothly and incompliance with safety and operational requirements. . Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports and recommendations. . Build relationships with community organizations, grassroots groups, schools, and local businesses for future collaborations. . Support centre marketing and branding initiatives when required. Requirements . Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related fields. . At least 1-2 years of experience in event planning, event management, marketing, or related roles. . Fresh graduates with strong event experience from internships or school projects are welcome to apply. . Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Comfortable working with vendors, performers, sponsors, and community partners. . Resourceful and able to solve problems quickly during event execution. . Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings when events require. . Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms. . Bonus Points If You Have . Experience organizing community, lifestyle, food, arts, music, or family-oriented events. . Basic graphic design, photography, videography, or social media content creation skills. . Existing network of event vendors, performers, and community partners.
