(Assistant) Bakery Manager
to join our expanding team!
Job Scope: Manage and oversee daily bakery operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity Forecast inventory and product stock accurately for daily production and retail/B2B sales to meet demand Ensure compliance with all legal health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe bakery environment Develop and manage work schedules and train new hires to build a professional retail team Foster a positive and safe work environment and mediate staff conflicts effectively when needed Collaborate with the Head Baker and Head of Marketing to suggest and implement new product launches Partner with Senior Management to support business development and operational improvements Monitor current food trends and incorporate relevant insights to keep products competitive Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Management to support bakery operations Requirements: Experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred Patience with dealing with people and strong leadership skills Basic computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays (44 hour work week) Has the drive and desire to grow both professionally and personally in the company.
