Retail Service Merchandiser (Junior) (Execution-focused role) Role Overview Supports day-to-day store servicing to ensure shelves are stocked, displays are maintained, and basic merchandising standards are met. Key Responsibilities 1. Store Servicing & Replenishment Visit assigned outlets based on fixed schedule Replenish stocks and ensure products are properly displayed Ensure price tags and labels are accurate and updated Maintain cleanliness and basic visual standards of shelves 2. Inventory Support Monitor stock levels and report low/out-of-stock items Assist in stock counts and highlight discrepancies Support simple returns or stock movement when required 3. Basic Merchandising Execution Set up simple displays and follow provided planograms Ensure key SKUs are placed in visible and accessible areas 4. Reporting Submit store visit reports with photos on time Highlight basic issues (OOS, damaged items, missing price tags) Requirements Entry-level or 1-2 years of retail/merchandising experience Responsible and able to follow instructions Willing to travel between outlets Basic mobile reporting skills
