Job Description & Requirements We are supporting a well-established international commodities trading organisation on a Trade Operations hire. This role sits within the execution team and is responsible for end-to-end contract execution across physical trades, ensuring smooth shipment coordination, documentation, and financial settlement. What you will be doing Manage full trade lifecycle of contracts Handle end to end shipment Handle contract splitting and shipment planning across various origins Coordinate nominations, logistics, and shipping documentation Ensure timely invoicing and payment processing Manage claims and settlements (e.g. laytime, pricing adjustments) Liaise closely with traders, logistics, finance, and external counterparties Ensure all trades are executed within internal risk parameters
