We are looking for a technically-grounded
Interior Design Assistant Manager

Navigate HDB/BCA renovation guidelines and ensure all site activities meet Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
2. Technical Materiality & Quality Assurance Act as the lead for material verification, specifically for natural stone, marble, and high-end masonry.
Conduct site inspections to ensure that material fabrication (cutting and jointing) aligns with technical drawings.
Implement quality control for 'Upcoming Services' including epoxy grouting and artisanal decorative painting (lime wash/Venetian plaster).
3. Planning & Documentation Develop and maintain project schedules (Gantt charts) to prevent site bottlenecks.

Maintain strong relationships with premium material vendors and sub-con partners to ensure timely procurement. This job description is tailored to the
Earthen Builders
profile we've built. It emphasizes the 'technical sub-con' and 'specialist stone' side of the business, which differentiates it from a typical 'creative-only' interior design role. Job Purpose
