Job Summary You will create and execute marketing and sales plans to drive global sales and brand growth. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to handle technical information and develop B2B client solutions while managing stakeholder relationships locally and overseas. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute marketing and sales plans to achieve global sales and brand growth targets Analyze and apply technical information from R&D, marketing, and sales teams to support product development and promotion Identify client needs and assist in designing tailored solutions for B2B customers in aquaculture and related sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to promote new products and foster long-term partnerships Act as liaison between internal departments including management and production, and external partners, collaborators, and clients both locally and internationally Manage communication and coordination across stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective project execution Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to support sales and marketing activities Travel overseas as required to support client engagement and business development Required competencies and certifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Aquaculture, Material Science, or related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing B2B projects, preferably in aquaculture and fouling industries Proficient verbal, written, and presentation communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report generation and presentations Ability to work independently and professionally with a strong customer service orientation Preferred competencies and qualifications (No preferred competencies or qualifications explicitly stated in the original JD) Other Information Overseas travel is required
