Job Summary GB Global seeks a skilled Valuer to assess property market values and provide expert advice, supporting clients in their real estate requirements in Singapore. Responsibilities Conduct thorough property inspections to assess conditions and gather relevant data Analyse local market trends and property data to produce accurate valuation estimates Apply various appraisal methods including sales comparison, income, and cost approaches to determine property values Prepare detailed valuation reports with comprehensive property descriptions and photographs Perform due diligence to verify property details for accuracy and regulatory compliance Deliver high-quality valuation assignments within deadlines, adhering to valuation standards and client instructions Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders to support business growth Required competencies and certifications Proficiency in valuation techniques and real estate financial modelling to support accurate property assessments Knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends to ensure compliance and relevance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex valuation tasks under pressure Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and external clients Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment High attention to detail to ensure error-free and precise valuation reports Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Real Estate or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Other Information We offer competitive compensation, professional growth opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
