Logistics & Delivery Coordinator, Kampong Ubi

About us We are a small, friendly SME looking for someone with warehouse experience who is also comfortable driving and handling physical deliveries.
Main Responsibilities 1. Inventory Management Maintain healthy stock levels to meet demand Conduct monthly stock checks and annual stock takes for accurate records Track all inventory movements: receipts, releases, transfer 2. Delivery Operations Deliver and collect goods - approx. 50% of the role Handle machine deliveries up to 150kg safely Ensure all delivery paperwork complies with rules and SOPs 3. Warehouse & Compliance Support Support receiving, stock-in, and stock-out activities Keep inventory neatly organized and separated byproduct type Assist with audits: prepare reports, explain variances, keep files updated 4. Team Coordination Work closely with the operations team to keep things running smoothly Key Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehousing Valid Class 3 Auto Van license + physically fit for deliveries Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Organized, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player
