Call Centre Officer @ Kallang Sector / Up $2700 + Bonus

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible, up to 3 months bonus per year

Working hours: 08.00am – 5.30pm or 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

• Manage customer’s enquiries from our digital platforms (voice and/or non‑voice) and ensure customer enquiries are resolved to achieve customer satisfaction
• Handling customer's enquiries and complaints (High consumption, bill presentation, account opening and termination, bill adjustment, etc)
• Ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned

• At least 1 year of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non‑voice channels
• Excellent communication, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently while being a cohesive team member
