Before you unpack, please note:
- Natural variation is normal — each plant is unique due to growing conditions, so leaf color/shape and size may differ from photos. Product images are for reference only.
- White stains may be fungicide powder — just wipe gently with a damp cloth if you don't like the look of it.
- We ship in an open box to help plants stay in good condition through delivery.
- On arrival, water if the soil feels dry. Minor yellowing/leaf dropping/leaf marks from transit can happen so is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
- If anything is missing or severely damaged, please share a continuous unboxing video (from showing the plant inside the box, the full process of taking it out).
- No exchanges/refunds for “mislabeled” claims — we ship the plant shown in the listing photo.
