Recommended for basic espresso brewing needs in making contemporary iced coffee and milk, very suitable for those of you who are franchise businesses or contemporary coffee cafes. It has 3 composition variants with medium to dark roast profile (city plus), which can be adjusted to the character of the brew you want to produce. The Sea Almaz blend coffee composition variants are as follows.

- 30% Arabica: 70% Robusta = Has a strong character with a bold body, with a dominant chocolate and hazelnut taste character.
- 50% Arabica: 50% Robusta = Has a balanced brewing character, between sweetness and acidity. It has a brewing taste like caramel and dark chocolate, with balanced acidity attributes similar to tamarind.
- 70% Arabica: 30% Robusta = This composition has a character that tends to be fruity like berries and has a strong sparkling citrus sensation, without losing power.

For your information, our roastery produces coffee wholeheartedly, our coffee is produced using a NORDIC roasting machine with a capacity of 7.5 KG, where this machine is an international quality roasting machine, where we choose to maintain the consistency of the taste spectrum of each Our curated coffee products.

Please state that it will be sent in seed / powder form. You can choose the type of grinder according to your choice:
-Rough Grinding (Cold Drip, Cold Brew, French Press, etc.)
-Medium (Pour Over, Aero Press, Drip Brewer, Siphon, etc.)
-Fine (Turkish Coffee, Espresso Based)
If there is no information on grinding then we (default) send seeds
