Job Summary Coordinate shipment arrangements and support cross-trade and network/agent business operations while tracking shipments and generating billing invoices to ensure timely and accurate delivery updates to customers. Responsibilities Coordinate shipment arrangements with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery Execute cross-trade business activities involving other countries to support international logistics Support network and agent business operations in managing shipment arrangements effectively Generate accurate billing invoices to facilitate financial transactions Actively track and trace shipments and provide timely updates to customers on shipment status Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools to support daily tasks Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure smooth coordination and customer updates Organize work efficiently to manage multiple shipment and billing tasks independently Ability to work independently while being a motivated team player At least 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred but not mandatory as training is provided Other Information Work schedule: 5.5 working days per week Benefits include annual leave, medical leave, medical coverage, and performance bonus
