Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges. Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved. Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients. Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations. Requirements: Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related fields) preferred. Min 2-3 years of sales or application engineering experience in industrial products or technical sales. Good understanding of industrial markets such as pharmaceutical, power, data center, research, or manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of industrial fluid systems, instrumentation components, valves, fittings, or tubing systems is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).
